- Urgent Matters: Our portal is not monitored 24/7. If you have an urgent medical concern that cannot wait until the next business day, please visit an urgent care facility or the emergency room.
- Virtual Consultation Etiquette: For the best experience, please join your video calls from a quiet, private location with a stable internet connection.
